The location is unbeatable. Just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the marina. The spacious room featured basic cooking facilities which were handy for self-catering. Free underground parking was a real bonus. The staff provided excellent service, offering great recommendations for local activities. the noise from Maman restaurant below was quite disruptive, especially during meal times with loud music and conversations. Cleaning could improve. some dishes were dirty upon arrival. A few more towels would have been appreciated too, as we only received one each for a five-night stay. The pool, while clean, was smaller than expected and didn't serve as a relaxing retreat.

We had a fantastic time here! The room was incredibly spacious and clean, featuring a helpful kitchenette that allowed us to prepare our meals. The atmosphere was relaxed, and we enjoyed the quietness of the pool area, often having it all to ourselves. Lyn and Rob were exceptional hosts, making our stay seamless. there are a few stairs to navigate, which might be an issue for some guests.

i had a lovely two-night stay at le cher in port douglas. the central location made it easy to explore the area and hit up nearby cafes and restaurants.
